We like to think we’ve got Sunday Roasts done to a tee, this week it’s Sussex Leg of Lamb, Isle of Wight Beef and Norfolk Chickens and Honey Roast Parsnips to top it off. However our chefs have pulled out all the stops on desserts as well. Home made Profiteroles, Chocolate and Lemongrass Mousse, Jake’s gorgeous Bread and Butter Pudding and the Piece de Resistance – Home made Chocolate Fondants with Salted Caramel Ice Cream. Why not wash it down with a bottle of our Tempranillo Rioja, the perfect accompaniment for Roast Dinners. See we’ve got it all planned.
